Teams applying will play in their 2021-2022 age group and will be playing by birth year see game format below. All applications will need to have payment with them to be considered. This alone does not automatically enter your team. All teams will need to gain official acceptance into the Albion Memorial Day Cup in Las Vegas, Nevada.

**NOTE: ANY TEAM THAT SIGNS UP FOR THE WRONG AGE GROUP WILL NOT BE GUARANTEED A SPOT IN THE TOURNAMENT UNLESS THERE IS ROOM IN THE APPROPRIATE AGE GROUP. IF THERE IS NO ROOM IN THE PROPER AGE GROUP THE TEAM WILL NOT BE REFUNDED UNLESS THE TOURNAMENT FILLS THEIR SPOT IN THE TOURNAMENT.
Teams traveling in from out of state: No games will be scheduled on Friday, May 27th for traveling teams. All traveling teams will be granted early acceptance starting January 1st, 2022.

PRE-GAME CHECK-IN
Teams are required to present player picture identification cards that are issued by their governing body at registration and at all matches. Tournament player picture identification cards will be made for all international players and must be presented at all matches. Identification cards will be checked by the referee prior to each match. The player’s shirt number must be the same as the shirt number on the daily match report. If the numbers are not the same, the referee is instructed not to let the player take part in the match until tournament officials resolve the matter.
GENERAL INFORMATION
All teams coming from outside Las Vegas will need to stay at one of the approved Albion Memorial Day Cup Hotels in order to be accepted. This tournament is a “Stay and Play”. event.
All teams will be scheduled to play 3 games. Applicant expressly recognizes and agrees that inclement weather situations are beyond the control of the tournament, and no credits or refunds will be given in the event that inclement weather interferes with, alters, or results in the cancelation of scheduled matches.
In the event of inclement weather forcing play to be halted and preventing the match from completing during the scheduled time, the score shall stand if at least one-half of the match has been completed. Applicant expressly recognizes and agrees that inclement weather situations are beyond the control of the tournament, and no credits or refunds will be given in the event that inclement weather interferes with, alters, or results in the cancelation of scheduled matches.
Coaches that have multiple teams and need help with tournament coverage need to have in writing to the tournament the teams they are coaching by application deadline in order for the tournament to assist with schedules and the head coach needs to be listed as the head coach on the Got Soccer application. The Albion Memorial Day Classic will do its very best to accommodate all coach conflicts, but there are no guarantees.
Team Awards will be given to the first and second place team members and coach. Champions will receive team trophy, medals, and champions t-shirt. Finalist will receive medals.
Please note: Once your team has been accepted and paid their entry fee, refunds will not be given. Teams can petition for a refund via email to info@albionsclv.org . The Tournament Directors will consider if adequate notice was given to find another team and determine if any administrative expenses have been incurred. The Albion Las Vegas Memorial Cup reserves the right to apply an administrative fee should a refund be granted – $50.
