Each team must send a manager or team official to get checked in 1 hour prior to the first game in the tournament. You will report to the Field Marshal tent by your field for your team’s information to be confirmed and each player card to receive a sticker before the first game. You will receive your game card that you will take to the next game.
Prior to each game all players need to be confirmed with the Field Marshal.
The following documents will be required for check-in and required to play:
Official USYSA Player ID Passes with Medical Release that will be stickered to play in the event.
* No Birth Certificates will be required
* Players’ Medical Releases (White registration from your State Association)
Managers will receive a Team Game Card at this time, which will be utilized throughout the tournament to check your team in at the field marshal tent near your field before each game. Make sure that you have this with you from game to game as you compete in the tournament.
